Through complete access to senior personnel, we prepared a feature article about our client for a province-wide trade magazine. The article was designed to enhance the company's reputation as a dependable energy provider. SMSL provided advisory and technical communications services to a national energy firm and multi-national financial company, both of whom were restructuring their human resource systems. The communications strategy and tools enhanced understanding of the changes among employees. Co-designed and co-facilitated a communication training workshop for YMCA Alberta. The workshop received high marks from its participants by introducing them to new tools and skills to improve interpersonal relationships.
